Antonia Albert is an Australian made, Australian owned company, offering premium skincare products, as well as a range of accessories sourced from ethical and sustainable Australian suppliers.
Antonia Albert was created from a passion to help others, everything you do, everything you care about, and everything you want to achieve, we’re here to help.
So we created an alternative fundraising platform, something quite different from the traditional ‘chocolate fundraising’, a way to raise money ‘without the calories’!

Q. How does your donation program work?
A. It’s simple, let us know what you need help with, and our team will get the ball rolling.
Antonia Albert will provide the sporting club, community group or individual needing our help with a unique code which can be used during the checkout process for purchases from our website. Friends, family, work mates or anyone who wants to provide support, can use this code and 10% of every sale goes directly to helping ‘the cause’. Or, simply use the text box in the checkout to tell us which organisation you wish to support, and we’ll donate 10% to them.
Antonia Albert operates on an ecommerce platform. Customers place their order online and choose who they wish to support, we then carefully package and send each order direct to the customers door. Antonia Albert handles all the administrative work, so the sporting club, community group or individual who’s being supported can focus on other important things.

It’s simple, let us know what you need help with, and our team will get the ball rolling.
10% from every sale is given to ‘a cause’.
Antonia Albert helps sporting clubs, community groups, individuals, social clubs and charities meet their financial goals.
Sporting clubs – We’ll help sporting clubs raise money for new sporting equipment, yearly presentations, or that up-keep on their facility or sporting ground.
Community groups – We’ll help community groups raise money to hire their favourite meeting place, to assist in those important outings, or any day to day expenses to keep their group active and going.
Individuals – We’ll help individuals raise money for their personal cause, from participating in their favourite activity, representing their team or club or buy new sporting equipment. (Individuals must contact Antonia Albert Collection to request help with personal support. Antonia Albert Collection will determine each request on a case by case basis).
Social clubs – We’ll help social clubs raise money for that staff picnic day, better still let’s help support a sick or injured employee and their loved ones.
Charities – or choose your favourite charity and we’ll donate the 10% to them.

Q. Do I need to sell door-to-door?
A. No!

Q. Does Antonia Albert use natural ingredients?
A. Always! That’s why we source the best natural ingredients to make our products.
No nasty chemicals, no fillers, no parabens.

Q. Can I use Antonia Albert on sunburn?
A. If you do happen to get a little sunburnt and your skin is looking red, don’t scrub. This will just make the soreness worse.
Instead, wait till the redness has calmed down. In the meantime, you can use Antonia albert’s body balm: its nourishing mix of natural ingredients will restore your skin’s moisture levels and work towards preventing bubbling and peeling skin.
If you still ended up peeling? After the redness has eased, Antonia Albert’s body scrubs are great for exfoliating dry and flaky skin and restoring moisture levels to dry and tired skin.
Is your face a little red? Avoid using Antonia Albert’s face exfoliator until your sunburn has eased, but in the meantime our face moisturiser contains nourishing natural ingredients to help alleviate any sunburn related pain and restore moisture levels.

A. Lucky for you, Antonia albert has catered for those with nut allergies, all our products are safe to use on your skin.

Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Australia
Spend $89 or more and you’ll get free regular shipping.
$89 or less? Regular shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.95 AUD.
Add express shipping for a flat rate of $8.95 AUD.

International
Delivery cost will be calculated during your checkout process.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Australia
Regular orders: 2-6 business days for delivery.
Express orders: 1-3 business days for delivery.
International
8-14 working days to reach all other destinations.

Q. How do I track my order?
A. Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where your order is at all times.

Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Postal service and distribution centre doesn’t operate over the weekend or public holidays. So, your order will be dispatched the following business day. Of course, all this occurs once payment has been received.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Return FAQs

Q. How long will it take to receive a credit for my returned items?
A. Once received, return packages are processed within thirty (30) days. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your issuing bank for details.

Q. I ordered/received the wrong product, should I return it?
A. If your online order is not as expected, please contact us at sales@antoniaalbert.com.au for assistance. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.

Q. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A. If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the original packaging and all contents, and contact us at sales@antoniaalbert.com.au as soon as possible for assistance.

Q. Which payment methods are accepted?
A. Antonia Albert accepts payment via PayPal, or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

Refunds
Q. What about Refunds and Returns?
A. Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
